Family Yin Yang ear studs

My customers have the best design ideas! 

Here I was asked to do a pair of Yin and Hang ear studs and put round gemstones for the white and black dots. The gemstones are the family members birthstones.

Could also be done with white (clear) and black gemstones for the more traditional look.
