Return Policy

RETURN & REFUND

In order to best serve our customers, Sunseeker Jewelry accepts return for full refund within 7 days and store credit within 14 days of receipt, unless otherwise stated or noted at the time your make your purchase. Gift Receipts are valid for exchange 45 days after original purchase date.

If the return falls outside of this time period, or if the item is damaged, worn, or not in its original packaging, Sunseeker Jewelry cannot accept the returned items and cannot give a refund. Should you wish to return only a particular item included in an order, you do not have to return the entire order.

All product including earrings can be exchanged if it is in original, unworn condition. Final Sale and tailored items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Simply return it for a refund within 7 days or for a store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase pick up/delivery. We do not accept returns made after the 14 days.
All return requests must be accompanied with the original proof of purchase or printed copy of the receipt/invoice; in unused, unworn and undamaged condition with all original tags attached, in addition to original packaging. It must be deemed sellable by Sunseeker Jewelry's store associates and/or Sunseeker Jewelry’s warehouse employees. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Sunseeker Jewelry's discretion.
Returns of any portion of the purchase will require equal forfeiture of offer or amount equal to offer.Sunseeker Jewelry store.
Refunds with the receipt are based on the price paid at the time of purchase.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES

Refunds will be made in the same form of payment as your original purchase was made. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus an applicable sales tax, less the cost of return shipping if applicable.
Returned merchandise, under the above conditions, can be exchanged on a store gift card for the same monetary value.
Exchanges are based on availability of the product. In the case that a product is no longer available, it can be exchanged at Sunseeker Jewelry’s discretion for a similar item of the same price paid at the time of purchase.
Gift cards, delivery costs, credit charges, bank fees and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note: Our stores cannot credit your PayPal account. We will refund you in the form of an in-store gift card. Returns made through our warehouse will be credited directly towards a PayPal account.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

Returning your online orders at our Sunseeker Jewlry store is free.
Returns made through our warehouse have a flat rate shipping fee of $5.00 that will be removed from the original purchase amount.
Exchanges for a higher value item(s) are based on customers' agreement to pay the price difference.
Gift cards, delivery costs, credit charges, bank fees and shipping fees are non-refundable.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURN

Send us a email with those information:
- Full name (first and last name)
- The date of the purchase
- The order number
- Reason why you want to return the product

We will reach out back to you within 3 days with the return label. Once you have your return label, please pack the item you wish to return in its original packaging. Please include your invoice and indicate the reason for your return. Affix the return label on the package. Please make sure the original shipping label is covered.
